About

Erin Janda Rawlings

Erin Rawlings is writing a memoir about rediscovering her true self after becoming a mom and is forced to choose between following her family traditions that are deeply intertwined with patriarchal standards or honoring who she really.  By examining her people pleasing habits and the narrative that perfectionism equaled safety, she begins to heal her generational trauma and stop the cycle with her children.

She is also cohost of Then She Did.A Quest for More, a podcast that focuses on the quest to blend our creative lives with motherhood.

Erin is a former blogger who now writes a monthly letter with updates on her life, manuscript, creative projects, and where she finds inspiration
